Shipping policy

Every mug is made to order.

The Dad Mug is a print-on-demand shop. Nothing is pulled from a shelf — your mug is printed after you order it. That is how we can carry a wide range of designs without waste, and it is why your order is not dispatched the same day.

Production time

Mugs are produced by our print partner at their United States facilities. Typical production time is 4 to 8 business days. Production does not include weekends or public holidays, and it is separate from delivery time.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, mug size and order contents, and is charged in addition to the product price. The final available delivery options and shipping charge are shown before payment.

Multiple mugs or different sizes may ship separately. Delivery options vary by destination; if checkout does not offer shipping to your address, contact us before ordering.

Delivery

Once production is complete your order is handed to the carrier. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your destination and the carrier, and is not something we control. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories may take longer than the mainland estimate.

Tracking

Where the carrier provides a tracking number, we pass it on to the email address on your order.

Customs and import charges

Orders shipped outside the United States may attract customs duties or import taxes. Those charges are set by your own country and are the buyer's responsibility. We cannot mark orders as gifts or understate their value on customs paperwork.

Address accuracy

We print and ship to the address entered at checkout, so please check it before ordering. If it is wrong, contact us immediately. Once an order has entered production it cannot be redirected, and an order returned to us as undeliverable can only be refunded for the product price.
