About an existing order
Please include your order number so we can look it up straight away.

Damaged or misprinted mugs
If your mug arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, email us a photo of the item within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a free reprint or a refund, and you will not be asked to return the mug.

Returns
Every mug is printed only after you order it, so we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for a wrong size or colour selected at checkout.
