Refund policy
The short version: if we got it wrong, we fix it at our cost. If you changed your mind, we cannot take the mug back — because it was printed specifically for you.
Every mug is made to order
The Dad Mug Co is a print-on-demand shop. Your mug is printed after you place your order, and it cannot be resold to anyone else. That is why we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for a wrong size or colour selected at checkout.
Damaged, defective or misprinted
If your mug arrives damaged, faulty, or printed differently from the product photo, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and a photo of the item.
We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. You will not be asked to return the mug.
Wrong item received
If a different design or size arrives than the one you ordered, email us with a photo and we will send the correct item at no charge, or refund you in full.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or the parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us. We will send a replacement or refund you in full.
Incorrect or incomplete address
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable because that address was wrong or incomplete, we can refund the product price only — the production cost cannot be recovered.
Cancelling an order
Orders enter production quickly. If you need to cancel, email us immediately. We will cancel and refund in full if production has not yet started. Once printing has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
